Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Canceling your order
Your order can be canceled, but only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us in time if you want to cancel your order.
Damages and issues
The returned products will first be checked for defects, after which we will inform you whether the products have been received in the correct condition.
In the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged, we ask that you report this within 3 working days of receipt, including photos of the damaged product and the packaging, so that we can report in time and come to a suitable solution so that you can still receive your product in good condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
